Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Registration and Account

• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

Programme Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment Process

When you enrol in a programme, you agree to:

• Pay the stated programme fees
• Attend scheduled sessions or inform us of absences
• Respect other participants and programme facilitators
• Follow programme guidelines and instructions

Payment Terms

Programme fees must be paid in full before the programme start date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

By You:

• More than 14 days before programme start: Full refund minus €25 administrative fee
• 7-14 days before programme start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before programme start: No refund

By Us:

We reserve the right to cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rare Wheeler and is protected by Irish and international copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission
• Modify or create derivative works from our content

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rare Wheeler shall not be liable for:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.
